recently in my 3D design class we were assigned to find a piece of artwork, anything from anywhere any media, that we would pick to have in an all white room for 24 hours. then we had to explain why we chose it, and write a manifesto in the style of Claus Oldenburg's I am for.. about the piece and/or art in general to get the conversation about art going. The fingers of chill roll down your spine, penetrating down to the core. It pulls you out of your skin, or loosing your stomach. Cold is of or at a low or relatively low temperature, floating through the atmosphere. Haunting and watching as you try and find warmth Also a specific person can be cold lacking affection or warmth of feeling; unemotional. Completely and entirely harsh, but holding a certain beauty in it's arms. We know cold can be dangerous, and yet we still are intrigued and we push the limits.
